Thejakartatimes – Social Minister Khofifah Indar Parawansa reminded all residents to remain vigilant, especially in anticipating the possibility of a disaster. Extreme weather at this time is already beginning to feel the impact, but this is currently not the peak of extreme weather.

“We understand that the extreme weather of this month is not the peak, so if the extreme weather has not peaked we have seen there are landslides and some are flooding then at the peak of extreme weather in December and some points in January, then our vigilance should all remind each other , build awareness, “said Khofifah after closing the National Conference of Local Wisdom in 2017 at Mercure Hotel, Ancol, North Jakarta, Wednesday (29/11).

Khofifah said, early warning related extreme weather in Indonesia was already submitted by BMKG some time ago.
